After years of forging strong relationships with Realtors, contractors, and lenders with a strong green support, we are proud to announce that the first steps towards finding, buying, and rehabilitating older homes with greener amenities is underway! This is in hopes that one day we will be able to build much-needed homes and eventually developments, that are already green, already energy efficient, and are still affordable to the everyday environmentally-conscious person striving to buy a home.
