To reduce our usage of paper, we try to minimize our printing needs by doing all of the following :

Encourage clients to find company information on our website rather than providing printed material.

In order to maintain our premier level of service, we do provide clients with an original copy of custom closing reports but we provide extra copies of the reports on a CD for future use.

Printing all documents double-sided.

Maximizing our usage of the phone, e-mail, and internet without compromising the service we provide to clients like you with clear, constant communication.

Providing every employee with his or her own e-fax account in order to minimize unnecessary paper faxes.
