A mortgage in which the buyer does not put a down payment and instead borrowers the entire purchase price from a lending institution.

Zero Dot Line
A form of housing where individual units are on separate lots but are attached to one another such as condomnium or townhomes.

Local governments determine what certain areas will be used for. For example: Some areas can only be used for residential housing, some only for commercial developments, others only for industrial buildingss
