It is required by January 31st of each year for a taxpayer's employer to provide him or her with this form reflecting annual income based on base wages and any other income calculated. This form also reflects the taxes, social security, and medicare already paid.
W-4
This is the instruction a taxpayer's employer has regarding the withholding of taxes from his or her pay depending on dependents, etc.
Waiver
The international giving up of rights or claims.
Walkthrough
A buyer's final inspection of a property before the completion of the purchase transaction. This usually occurs a few days before the close of the deal.
Wire Transfer

Withholding
A method of taxation that pays as the individual earns rather than in one lump sum at tax time.
Wraparound Mortgage
